We collect account information such as name, email and usage data. This includes information you provide when creating an account, data generated through your use of the platform, and technical information required to operate the service.

Data is used to operate and improve the 1twentyOS platform. We use your information to provide the service, process payments, send transactional communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Security
All customer data is stored in isolated multi-tenant infrastructure. Each workspace's data is stored and queried independently — no tenant can access another tenant's data. We apply encryption in transit and at rest.
4. Third Party Services
Payments are processed through Stripe. We also use cloud infrastructure providers to host the platform. These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.
