Planner Memory

Before generating a new execution plan, the Planner Agent reviews all historical planning runs stored here. It identifies the highest-scoring structure for the same task type, selects it as the base, and modifies research domains, task ordering, verification steps, synthesis layers, and evidence requirements accordingly. Each run records its reasoning and expected improvement for full auditability.
